My Memoir

This is my memoir poem. We based them on a James K Baxter poem called The Town.

My House

The house was usual enough
It had rooms, couches, a tv, carpets, tables, windows and beds to sleep on.

My dad and I did what we usually do:
watch rugby, sleep, shout, annoy my siblings and mum, play hide and seek,
play video games.

My Mantra

Today I will be sharing my mantra in case you're having a bad day so I hope it makes people better after having a bad day. A mantra is a positive inspirational saying to help people feel good.
